Prenatal Flow Yoga

Unique, active (flow-based) and infused with doula wisdom, classes yoginis of all levels will benefit from. Build strength, stamina and endurance, find calm with restorative and meditative work. You will learn how to move, find stillness and step into your power in ways that support a healthy and empowered pregnancy, alongside other women. Un-learn cultural expectations about birth, get support, share and build your community. These classes are ppropriate for all stages of pregnancy.
