Prenatal Flow & Movement
Unique, yoga-based classes that are strong and active but also mellow and infused with doula wisdom. Build strength, stamina and endurance, find calm with restorative and meditative work. You will learn how to move, find stillness and step into your power in ways that support a healthy and empowered pregnancy, in connection with other women. Un-learn cultural expectations around pregnancy, prepare for birth, care for your changing body, get support, share and build your community. These classes are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of practitioner.

Drop-ins are available for current session on Thursday evenings at 7pm or Sundays at 9am
*Drop in fee is $18 payable in class or through the online store.
