Pregnancy nutrition includes preparing your body and mind for the process of delivering your baby into the world and the demanding task of motherhood. The steps you take now play a big role in this process. Using my knowledge of nutrition and birth, I can work with you to enhance your pregnancy experience, prepare your body for birth and optimize your ability to breastfeed.
Learn about optimal nutrition for mother and baby;

This program can be started at any point in pregnancy, but the earlier you begin, the more time you will have to practice and get comfortable with the concepts.
Four sessions over the course of your pregnancy, in your home;

Yoga instruction at each session focussing on preparing and strengthening the body and mind;
