I am a passionate yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, health coach and trained birth doula. I love to share my interest and knowledge of the perinatal period through lively and active classes and workshops encouraging women to feel empowered through the sacred process of pregnancy and motherhood. I provide an open and supportive environment for learning, sharing and connecting.

I am empathetic to challenging demands of motherhood so I like to foster community and sharing to normalize experiences, break taboos and embrace the potential for spiritual growth.

I have been practicing yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2010. I left my desk job in 2012 to pursue my career in holistic nutrition, health coaching and yoga. I currently live in Ottawa, Ontario with my young son, loving husband and two mischievous cats.

I am honoured to have been nominated for Best Yoga Teacher in Ottawa two years in a row (2016 & 2017) for the Ottawa Faces Magazine Awards.
